Our Approach
How ARCG Builds Businesses
ARCG Holdings is an entrepreneurial business group. Each venture moves through the same five-stage model, from a customer problem worth solving to a sustainable operating business.
The Model
Five Stages, Every Business
Identify
Every venture begins with a meaningful customer problem. We look for problems people genuinely need solved, in markets we understand or are prepared to learn deeply.
Build
Small, focused teams develop the product or service. We build the essential thing first and keep it close to the customers it is for.
Validate
Before scaling anything, we test the market: real customers, real demand, real willingness to pay. Ventures earn investment with evidence.
Scale
Once demand is proven, we invest in marketing, technology and operations so the business can serve many more customers without losing quality.
Grow
The destination is a sustainable, scalable business with its own identity, its own team and its own place in the ARCG portfolio.
Where the Portfolio Stands
The Model, Applied to Our Own Businesses
Every ARCG business is somewhere on this path. Two are operating and growing; two are earning their way to scale investment with evidence.
Kavach
Prototype hardware in hand; pilot deployments being prepared before any scale investment.
SafeDaira
Pre-launch: the product is being built with an operator pilot planned for the 2027 Hajj season.
Mughlai Magic
Operating in Nashik with a restaurant, online ordering, catering and a members club.
DPF Masters
Operating in Nashik; workshop systems and multi-branch operations being built out.
Why This Model
A diversified group only works if every business inside it is a real business. The five-stage model keeps us honest: ideas do not become ventures until a customer problem is identified, and ventures do not receive scale investment until the market has validated them. That discipline is what allows very different businesses, safety technology, hospitality, automotive services, to live under one roof.
What the Group Provides
- Strategic direction and portfolio-level decision making.
- Technology capability shared across businesses where it makes sense.
- Brand, marketing and digital infrastructure experience.
- Operational discipline: measurement, unit economics, execution.
- An entrepreneurial environment where new ventures can start.
