How Hiring Works
ARCG Holdings is the parent group; each of its businesses runs with its own brand, team and customers. Roles are therefore roles in a specific business: hardware and software at Kavach and SafeDaira, restaurant and catering operations at Mughlai Magic, or the workshop at DPF Masters. Every application is read by a person and routed to the business it fits. Group-level work on strategy, technology and brand sits with ARCG Holdings itself.
Where the Work Is
The registered office is in Hyderabad, Telangana. The two operating businesses, Mughlai Magic and DPF Masters, run in Nashik, Maharashtra, so restaurant, catering and workshop roles are based there. Kavach and SafeDaira are technology businesses at prototype and pre-launch stage; their work is in hardware, the device cloud the group runs itself and the companion mobile application, with SafeDaira preparing an operator pilot for the 2027 Hajj season.
What We Look For
Every ARCG business starts from a real customer problem and is judged on honest measurement, so the people who do well here want to own a result, are comfortable in small teams where the person with the idea is usually the one who builds it, and would rather publish a measured figure than a hopeful one. Experience in one of the four industries helps; the habit of checking what actually happened matters more.
