What Each Business Actually Does
Kavach
Personal Safety Technology
Kavach builds wearable personal-safety devices for people whose families want to know they are alright: elderly parents living independently, children travelling to school, and workers moving through large crowds. The band carries GPS location, configurable geofences that raise an alert when someone leaves a known area, and an SOS button that notifies a circle of contacts.
The business runs its own device cloud rather than depending on a vendor platform, so alerts, location history and account data stay under ARCG's control. A companion mobile application gives families live tracking and location history, and the SOS path is deliberately independent of any subscription: an alarm is never gated behind a plan.
Kavach is at prototype stage. Hardware is in hand and in field testing, and pilot deployments are being prepared. It is not yet a mass-market product, and the group does not describe it as one.

SafeDaira
Pilgrim Safety Technology
SafeDaira applies the same location-safety technology to a specific and difficult problem: keeping Hajj and Umrah pilgrim groups together. Pilgrimage crowds are among the densest gatherings anywhere, mobile networks saturate, and a group leader separated from an elderly pilgrim has very few options.
The product is designed around the group rather than the individual: an operator or group leader sees where every member of the party is, and is alerted when someone falls behind or leaves the group's area. It is being built for pilgrimage conditions specifically, not adapted from a consumer tracker.
SafeDaira is pre-launch. The business is preparing an operator pilot for the 2027 Hajj season, and has not yet sold to pilgrims directly.

Mughlai Magic
Food & Hospitality
Mughlai Magic is the group's operating hospitality business, serving Mughlai cuisine and biryani in Nashik, Maharashtra. It runs as a restaurant, a cloud kitchen and a catering operation, with a members club for regular customers.
The business takes orders through its own website rather than depending entirely on aggregator platforms, and those orders flow directly into the restaurant's point-of-sale system: a web order prints in the kitchen and returns a confirmation to the customer on WhatsApp without anyone re-keying it. Keeping the ordering relationship direct is a deliberate choice, both for margin and for the customer data that comes with it.
Mughlai Magic serves customers today. It is the group's most mature business and the one that funds patience elsewhere in the portfolio.

DPF Masters
Automotive Solutions
DPF Masters cleans diesel particulate filters. When a DPF clogs, the usual options offered to an owner are an expensive replacement or an illegal delete; DPF Masters restores the existing filter instead, which is cheaper than replacement and keeps the vehicle's emissions equipment intact.
The business serves individual vehicle owners, independent workshops and fleet operators from Nashik, Maharashtra, on a published rate card rather than case-by-case quoting. It is a services business: it cleans filters and does not sell parts, and it does not work on any other part of the vehicle.
Workshop software built inside the group runs the counter, the job flow and GST billing, which is what makes consistent pricing and multi-branch operation possible as the business grows.
