The filter-cleaning business now runs its counter, job flow and GST billing on an application built inside the group, which is what makes consistent pricing and multi-branch operation possible.
DPF Masters has moved its Nashik workshop onto a counter and billing application built inside the ARCG group. The software runs the job flow from intake to delivery, applies the published rate card rather than case-by-case quoting, and produces GST-compliant invoices.
It is deliberately built to run on the workshop’s own machine rather than depending on a connection to a cloud service. A workshop that cannot bill because its internet is down is a workshop that cannot trade, and the trade-off in favour of reliability was an easy one to make.
DPF Masters cleans diesel particulate filters and does not work on any other part of a vehicle. Consistent, published pricing is a large part of how the business intends to be trusted in a category where owners are more often quoted for a replacement.
